Fitness Room
M-Power has a fitness room that is located on the main level. It houses both cardio and strength training equipment. Currently our cardio equipment includes treadmills, ellipticals, a rower, wave machines, and recumbent bikes.
Our strength training equipment consists of machines for back, abs, chest, shoulders, and legs. There is a variety of free weights, resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls, and mats for stretching as well.
Aquatics
M-Power has a 3 lane lap pool that is maintained at 85 degrees. Along with open swing and lap swim, we offer a variety of group classess including AquaFit, EZ Aqua, and Strength, Balance & Endurance. The warm water helps our members move with ease while experiencing the benefits of the resistance provided by the water.
Our Hydroworx pool is great for those looking to rehab after an injury or surgery. Hydroworx is maintained at 97 degrees with treadmill and swim jets built in and requires a personal trainer or physical therapist is with you while using this pool.
Group Exercise Classes
If you are not a person who likes to exercise alone, then you can try out one of our many group exercise classes we offer. There are classes designed for every fitness level from low impact to high intensity. Along with all of our pool classes offered there is also Restorative Yoga, Flex & Stretch, Tai Chi, Silver Sneakers, and more! There is something for everyone to enjoy!
